Introduction ICZM tools

ICZM tools are innovative instruments to encapsulate and transfer knowlegde, both practical and theoritical. They show that coastal zone management is not a one-way street but an iterative cyclic process from problem recognition via planning and implementation to evaluation and back. Tools give hands-on experience in International Coastal Zone Managemen.
